Your first tan will be your trial tan. Then you have two more tans to redeem! One is used for your big day and the other can be used for your bridal shower, bachelorette party or whatever you want to use it for! *All brides will receive a special gift for their big day* *If you refer bridal party they can get $5 off each tan and you get a complimentary tan for a future use* *Disposables, stickers and pasties always available!*
Cancellation Policy
Our Policy Thank you for choosing our house call mobile spray tanning service! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our business policy outlined below: Booking and Deposit - Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $35 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your spray tan. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations 48 Hours or More- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, your $35 deposit can be applied to a future booking. We will assist in rescheduling your appointment at a mutually convenient time. - Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, the $35 deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged the remaining balance of the $75 fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and compensate for the lost appointment slot. Late Arrival - Not Answering the Door or at the location desired: If you are not available to answer the door or present at the location agreed upon within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full $75 fee. This policy ensures that our schedule remains on track and respects both our time and that of other clients. Travel and Parking Fees - Travel Fees: Travel fees will be communicated to you prior to confirming your booking. The fee will be based on the distance from our base location to your appointment location. This ensures transparency and allows you to be aware of any additional costs. - Hotel Appointments: If your appointment is at a hotel, a $30 parking fee will be added to your total cost at the end of the service. Service Conditions - Space and Ventilation: We will provide a ventilation fan to assist with air circulation during your spray tan. However, we are not responsible for any solution that may inadvertently get on your items or personal space. Please prepare your space accordingly to minimize any potential issues. Additional Notes - Contact from Courtney: Courtney will reach out to assist with your preparation for the spray tan. It is important to follow her guidance to ensure the best possible outcome. Additionally, Courtney will provide you with a brief document to fill out before your appointment.
